Anthony was named Chief Litigation and Government Compliance Officer of Advantage Global Resources in the Summer of 2019.
As Chief Government Compliance Officer, Anthony will ensure that all CaresActAdvisory companies are in full compliance with government regulations and are up to date on all government programs available to them. All clients will be regularly updated by Anthony on compliance and regulatory issues that are forthcoming. Additionally, Anthony's litigation experience gives him unique expertise to guide companies in avoiding possible litigation risks and pitfalls.
Before joining our team, Anthony was a litigation attorney in Western New York working in mass torts, compliance, criminal defense, insurance defense, and contract litigation.
Anthony was born and raised in Western New York, where he currently resides with his fiancée. He received his J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2014.

As the Human Resources Director of Advantage Global Resources, Tracy provides the governance and oversight that enables and ensures the maximum performance value of all our corporate resources. Human Resources advances workplace solutions and services through leadership, excellence, innovation, and engagement, to enrich the work environment.
Mike McGrath was named Chief Operating Officer [COO] of Unified Global Archiving in November 2017. As COO, Mike sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth, evaluates performance by analyzing and interpreting key performance indicators, and manages partner and vendor relationships.
Prior to joining Unified Global Archiving, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of The Advantage Co., overseeing all aspects of the finance, accounting, and shared services functions of the organization.
McGrath is a native of Kenmore, N.Y. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at the State University of New York College at Geneseo, and is Certified Public Accountant [CPA] licensed in New York State. He currently lives in Williamsville, NY.
Joe founded AP Professionals in 1993 as a partnership with the Advantage Co. and has enjoyed helping other partners own and run successful organizations. After he left corporate America in 1993, and on the eve of celebrating 27 years of managing, assisting, and building successful partnerships, Advantage Covid Consulting (ACC) is the latest iteration for Joe where his expertise in staffing and relationship building is an asset.
Joe puts his relationships and industry knowledge to work by creating unique business opportunities, for both employers and job seekers. His original mission statement, “Relationships that last a Lifetime”, will further help Advantage CARES Act Advisory foster and deliver services and solutions.
